Sweet and Sour Meat Loaf
Sweet And Sour Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 c. bread crumbs, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix ground beef, crumbs, salt, pepper, onion and half of tomato sauce into a loaf.
For sauce, mix remaining half of tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, sugar and mustard.
In a saucepan bring to a boil.
Pour half of the sauce over meat loaf and bake 40 minutes.
Then pour remaining sauce over and bake 50 minutes for a total of 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
Bake covered for first hour.
