Swedish Tea Cake
Swedish Tea Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1 c. soft margarine, 2 tsp. vanilla, 2 c. all-purpose flour and 1 c. ground almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 325°.
In a large bowl, beat 1/2 cup powdered sugar, margarine and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Mix together flour, almonds and salt until dough holds together.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes or until set but not brown.
Immediately remove from cookie sheets.
Cool slightly. Roll in powdered sugar.
Makes 5 dozen cookies.
