Cook rice in milk in double boiler until tender.
Put in casserole.
Add 4 small or 3 large eggs (beaten slightly), sugar, salt and vanilla.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Bake in pan of water one hour at 350Β° or until custard is set.
