Swedish Meatballs
Swedish Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 lb. pork sausage, 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. minced onions and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Then make 24 meatballs.
Place in hot skillet and brown on all sides.
While meatballs are browning, dissolve 3 beef bouillon cubes in 2 cups boiling water.
Then pour over meatballs and simmer 30 minutes. Remove meatballs from pan and mix 2 tablespoons flour and 1 cup milk together and add to beef broth.
Cook until thick, then pour over meatballs and serve hot.
