Swedish Meatballs
Swedish Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. onions, diced, 2 lb. ground beef, 3/4 lb. ground pork, 1 c. white bread crumbs and 2 beaten eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Fry onions in butter and set aside.
Mix ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs and eggs.
Then add onions and the remainder of the ingredients.
Form into small balls and fry in butter for one hour.
If making smaller balls, would take about half an hour. Watch and do not burn.
Serves 8 to 10 people.
