Swedish Meatballs
Swedish Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 3/4 c. bread crumbs, 2 eggs, 3/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Combine all ingredients and form into balls.
Put 1/4 stick margarine in skillet.
Brown meatballs in 3 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 3 cups hot water.
Put meatballs in casserole dish. Brown 3 tablespoons flour in skillet with leftover fat; add liquid and pour over meatballs.
Cook, covered, at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
