Swedish Meatballs
Swedish Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs, 1/2 c. milk, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. each: pepper, allspice and nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, salt, spices and egg.
Shape into desired size of meatballs.
(Small ones are best.)
Place on a jelly roll pan or stove broiler pan and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until done.
Remove and place in a casserole dish.
