Swedish Meatballs
Swedish Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. soft bread crumbs, 3/4 c. milk, 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine, 4 tbsp. fat and 1 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Soak crumbs in 3/4 cup milk for 10 minutes.
Fry onion in 2 tablespoons fat until brown; add meat, salt, onion and egg to bread mixture.
Form into balls and fry in remaining 2 tablespoons of fat until brown.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons flour over all, add 1/2 cup milk and cover and cook 10 minutes.
