Swedish Meat Loaf
Swedish Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can mushroom soup, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 egg, slightly beaten, 1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing, finely crushed and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix thoroughly beef, egg, stuffing, nutmeg and 1/2 can soup. Shape firmly into a loaf and place in a shallow pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Blend remaining soup and sour cream.
Heat in pan, stir occasionally.
When meat loaf is done, pour mixture over meat and sprinkle with a little nutmeg.
