Swedish Meat Balls
Swedish Meat Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of celery soup, 1/2 soup can water, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 egg, beaten and 2 tsp. dry minced onion (or 1 tsp. fresh chopped onion), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix soup and water together.
Remove 1/4 cup soup mixture; combine with ground beef.
Add beaten egg and mix well.
Add bread crumbs, onion, parsley and salt; mix well.
Shape into 1-inch diameter balls.
In Dutch oven, brown meat balls; drain off fat. Add remaining soup mixture, cover and cook over low heat about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add a little more water, if needed.
