Sunset Yogurt Salad
Sunset Yogurt Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. (4-servings) or 1 (8-servings) pkg. orange flavor jello, 2 c. boiling water, 1 (8 oz.) container pineapple yogurt, 1/4 c. cold water and 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Measure 1 cup gelatin and chill until slightly thickened.
Blend in yogurt.
Add cold water to remaining gelatin and then add pineapple with juice and carrots.
Pour into 5-cup bowl or dish.
Chill until set, but not firm.
Spoon yogurt mixture over gelatin mixture in dish.
Chill until firm, at least 4 hours.
Makes 9 servings.
