Sunday Supper Casserole
Sunday Supper Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. crisco or vegetable oil, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt vegetable oil, add onion and cook until tender.
Stir in flour and salt.
Add milk and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened and beginning to boil.
Remove from heat.
Stir in mustard and cheese.
Cut or dice ham.
Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, ham and cheese sauce in 2-quart casserole which has been rubbed with Crisco or sprayed with vegetable oil.
Top with cheese sauce.
Bake in slow oven, 325Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
