Summer Salad
Summer Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, 3/4 lb. bacon, 1 1/2 c. mayo, 1/2 head cauliflower and 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 red onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Break up lettuce.
Cut up onion. Fry and crumble bacon.
In a large bowl with a seal, layer lettuce, cauliflower, onion and bacon. Sprinkle 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese on top.
Mix mayo and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Spread on top. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
Mix before serving.
