Summer Pasta Salad
Summer Pasta Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cooked bow tie noodles, 2 cans mandarin orange sections, drained, 1 large apple, cored and sliced, 2 celery stalks, chopped and 3 c. cooked chicken, cut in bite size pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a large bowl, combine the noodles, oranges, apple, celery and chicken.
In small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, cream, lemon juice and sugar to make the dressing.
Combine dressing with other ingredients.
Toss lightly so all pieces are coated; refrigerate 1 hour.
Toast almonds in a small pan in a 300Β° oven for 10 minutes, or until they just begin to turn brown.
Set aside.
Serve salad on lettuce leaves; top with the toasted almonds.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
