Sugarless Health Cookies
Sugarless Health Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. oleo, 1 c. chopped pitted dates, 1 c. chopped walnuts, 6 tbsp. raisins, softened in hot water and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Until soft.
Chop dates, nuts and raisins, in hot water soften.
Sift soda and flour and add fruits and nuts. Beat add sugar substitute.
Combine oleo and egg mixture; add to flour mixture, stirring just enough to mix.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375Β° until brown toothpick stuck in center comes out clean, about 12 to 15 minutes.
