Sugarless Fruit Cake
Sugarless Fruit Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped dates, 1 c. prunes, chopped, 1 c. raisins, 1 c. pineapple chunks and 1/2 c. oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Bring to boil the fruits, oleo, water and juice.
Simmer 2 minutes.
Let cool.
Mix flour, soda, cinnamon, salt, eggs, nuts and vanilla.
Add to cooled fruit mixture.
Pour into angel food cake pan.
Cook at 325Β° for 40 minutes or until done.
Very moist and good.
