Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, softened, 1 c. oil, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. confectioners sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix margarine, sugar and confectioners sugar in a large mixing bowl.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Combine flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar and mix well.
Add to sugar mixture; mix well. Shape by teaspoon into balls, roll in sugar and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 250Β° for 6 to 8 minutes.
(Dough may be stored in refrigerator if desired for a few days.)
