Stuffed Turkey Legs
Stuffed Turkey Legs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large turkey legs, 4 slices canadian bacon, 1/3 c. oil, 1/3 c. red wine and 1/3 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In 8 x 12-inch deep pan, put wine, oil, water and paprika. With bone saw, cut off 2 to 3 inches of bone off legs.
Stuff legs with garlic and peppers.
Season and wrap with bacon.
Place in pan and cover tight with foil.
Bake for 2 hours at 350Β°.
Uncover and bake for 20 minutes longer.
Serve with dressing (rice or cornbread), snap bean casserole, hot brandy peaches and French bread.
