Stuffed Shells
Stuffed Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box jumbo shells, 1 large container small curd cottage cheese, 2 c. mozzarella cheese, grated, 3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook shells according to package directions, drain.
(Keep separated in cool water.)
Combine cheeses, eggs, parsley oregano, salt and pepper.
Fill each shell with 1 1/2 tablespoons cheese mixture.
Spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Place shells in pan, cheese side up.
Cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for about 35 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Fills about 36 shells; yields 10 to 12 servings.
