Stuffed Shells
Stuffed Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 1/2 large onions, chopped, 1 1/2 cloves garlic, 12 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese and 3/4 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Brown onion, garlic and ground beef.
Drain grease.
Cool. Stir in Mozzarella, crumbs, parsley and egg.
Season to taste. Cook shells in salted water 15 minutes.
Drain.
Stuff.
Spoon layer of sauce in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Place shells on sauce, side by side.
Mix wine with remaining sauce.
Pour over shells. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serves 8.
