Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 green peppers, cut in 1/2, 4 c. whipped potatoes, 2 c. cubed ham, 2 c. tomatoes, cooked and 1 large onion, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Remove seeds from peppers.
Parboil peppers for several minutes in salted water.
Let cool.
Cook tomatoes, onions, corn and ground beef.
Add to potatoes and cooked ham.
Stuff mixture into peppers; place 1/2 slice of bacon on top of each pepper. Place peppers in a baking dish and add 1/2 cup water in dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
