Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 red or green sweet peppers, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/2 lb. ground beef, 3 tbsp. minced onions and 1 c. cooked brown rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat
Steam peppers 5 to 7 minutes. Slice the scoop the centers out.
Saute the onions and ground beef in the butter until the meat is brown. Add the rice, eggs and seasonings. Fill the steamed peppers; stand them in a buttered baking dish and sprinkle Parmesan cheese top of each.
Bake for 10 minutes or put under the broiler until bubbling.
Serves 4.
