Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large green peppers, 2 lb. ground beef, 1 onion, chopped, 2 c. chopped cabbage and 1 can corn, drained (may use deer burger), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Core and clean insides of green pepper.
Parboil in water about 4 minutes, until semi-cooked.
Brown ground beef with onion and pepper.
Cook cabbage 5 to 7 minutes, until semi-cooked.
Mix tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce; this will make the sauce and topping.
