Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large bell peppers, 8 c. yellow rice, cooked, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 lb. bulk sausage and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cut tops off peppers; remove seeds and wash. Cook beef and sausage and drain. Combine rice, meats, onions, salt, pepper to taste and Prego sauce.
Fill peppers.
Replace tops and cook in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish in a 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
Any remaining ingredients may be placed around peppers while they cook.
