Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large green peppers, 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 small onion, minced, 1 c. cooked rice and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Wash peppers; remove stem ends, seeds and membrane.
Cook for 5 minutes in 1 cup salty boiling water.
Drain; brown beef and onion, stirring with fork.
Add other ingredients (except bread crumbs).
Mix well.
Fill peppers with meat mixture.
Top with bread crumbs.
Bake in moderate oven (350Β°) for 30 minutes.
