Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. large mushrooms, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs, 1/2 c. onions, grated and 2 cloves garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Wash mushrooms.
Remove stems, chop.
Mix chopped stems with cheese, bread crumbs, onions, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and oregano.
Stuff mixture in mushroom caps.
Pour a little olive oil onto a baking pan.
Arrange the mushrooms in oil.
Pour the remaining oil over mushrooms.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 25 minutes. Serves 6 to 8 people.
Prep time
10 to 15 minutes.
Baking time: 25 minutes.
