Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. large white mushrooms, 1/4 lb. butter or margarine, 1 c. bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced and 2 tbsp. minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Rinse and dry mushrooms.
Remove stems.
Set the caps aside and mince the stems.
Melt the butter in a large skillet and add the onions and mushroom stems.
Add the sausage and saute until the onions are soft and the sausage is browned.
Place in a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients except for mushroom caps; blend well.
Place the caps on a lightly greased baking pan and stuff with the sausage mixture.
Bake in a preheated 350Β° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
