Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 large mushrooms, 1/2 c. butter, 3 tbsp. chopped shallots, 1 1/4 c. seasoned breadcrumbs and 1/2 chopped fresh parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Wash mushrooms thoroughly and pat dry.
Remove stems.
Chop stems fine.
Melt 1/4 cup of the butter in a skillet.
Saute mushroom caps briefly on both sides until they begin to turn beige.
Remove caps from pan.
