Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. mushrooms, 1/4 c. vegetable or olive oil, 1/4 c. minced onion, 1 garlic clove, minced and 1/2 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Clean mushrooms.
Remove stems. Saute caps oil until coated with oil.
Drain.
Chop stems to make 1/2 cup.
Saute with onion and garlic.
Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in bread crumbs, parsley, cheese, egg, oregano and salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon mixture into mushroom caps.
Dot with butter and bake for 30 minutes.
