Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 - 32 large mushrooms capped & washed, 1 lb. italian sausage, 1 med. onion - diced, 3 oz. parmesan cheese grated and 1/4 c. italian seasoned bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Carefully take a spoon and hollow out the mushroom, keep the scrapings.
In a skillet brown sausage, onion and mushroom scrapings.
Add Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic and parsley to the pan - mix well with sausage, remove from heat and stuff mushrooms.
Put mushrooms in a baking dish, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake 15 minutes.
