Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 42 large fresh mushrooms, 1 lb. mild ground pork sausage with ham or ground pork sausage, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 tsp. dried crushed red pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels.
Remove stems and reserve for other uses.
Place rack in a large broiler pan; place mushroom caps, stem side up, on rack.
Set aside.
Cook sausage in a large skillet until browned, stirring until it crumbles; drain and return to skillet.
Stir in cream cheese and red pepper. Spoon evenly into mushroom caps; bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
