Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. large mushrooms, 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1 clove garlic, chopped and chopped mushroom stems, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt margarine and saute chopped mushroom stems, onions and garlic.
(Saute until onions are transparent.)
Mix together sauteed mixture and remaining ingredients (parsley, salt, bread crumbs and cheese).
Turn mushroom caps bottoms up and fill each. Broil 8 minutes or until caps are tender.
