Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) margarine, 3 green onions, cut up (tops and all), 1/2 c. grated fresh bread crumbs and 3 tbsp. blue cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Remove stems from mushrooms; chop stems and saute in margarine with the onions.
Add crumbs, cheese, parsley, lemon juice and salt.
Mix all together.
Fill mushroom caps and place in shallow pan.
Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 8 minutes at 450Β° until slightly brown.
Serve hot.
