Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 large mushrooms, butter, melted, 1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, 1/4 c. chopped blanched almonds and 1 1/2 tbsp. chopped chives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Chop the stems.
Simmer them for 2 minutes in 1 Tbsp. butter.
Add to them: bread crumbs, almonds, chives and milk.
Season with salt and paprika.
Brush the caps with butter.
Place them cap side down on a greased broiler rack.
Broil the mushrooms for 2 1/2 minutes.
Place bread crumb mixture in each cap.
Dot with butter.
Broil them for 2 1/2 minutes longer.
Serve them sizzling hot!
