Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 medium to large mushrooms, 1 medium onion, parsley, 1 tbsp. olive oil (or melted butter) and 1/8 lb. sharp cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Select medium to large mushrooms.
Wash and remove steams. Cut up half the mushroom stems in fine pieces.
Take four slices white bread and prepare as for poultry stuffing (fine).
Finely chop onion and parsley.
Grate cheese.
Add poultry seasoning and salt to taste.
Mix ingredients in mixing bowl.
Add one tablespoon olive oil or melted butter.
Put stuffing between 2 mushroom caps.
Place in shallow pan; brush with butter.
Bake for 1/2 hour at 350Β°.
