Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 large club crackers, 1/4 lb. melted margarine, 1/4 tbsp. crushed red pepper, juice of 1/2 lemon and 4 oz. king crab meat or sea legs, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Crush crackers to semi-fine grind.
Add and mix all ingredients to soft pasty consistency.
Remove mushroom stems. Mound stuffing in caps.
Place on buttered pie pan in preheated 400Β° oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
