Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 18 medium to large mushrooms, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 tbsp. milk, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1/4 c. chopped water chestnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems.
Chop the stems very finely.
Beat cheese with milk and Worcestershire sauce until light and fluffy.
Add chopped mushroom stems, water chestnuts, bell pepper, onion and bacon.
Blend well, but gently. Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for approximately 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
