Stuffed Meat Loaf
Stuffed Meat Loaf is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 2 eggs, 1 box stuffing mix and assorted spices and onions (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook stuffing mix per package directions.
Set aside to cool. Mix meat with crumbs and spices.
Put half the meat on bottom of loaf pan.
Make an indentation in the middle.
Put stuffing mix in. Place other half of meat on top, sealing the sides with water. Bake at 375Β° for 1 1/4 hours.
Let sit before slicing.
Also good cold.
