Stuffed Meat Loaf
Stuffed Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. ketchup, handful italian bread crumbs and 1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine meat, egg, ketchup and bread crumbs.
Roll until 1-inch thick between 2 sheets of waxed paper.
Remove top sheet of waxed paper.
Saute onions, green pepper and mushrooms in butter or margarine.
Add salt, pepper and oregano.
Pour this mixture onto rolled out beef.
Roll up carefully.
Place in casserole dish.
Pour tomato sauce over it and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
