Stuffed Jumbo Shells And Tofu is an moderately easy dinner. Cook, drain and rinse shells.
Combine remaining ingredients except spaghetti sauce and the extra Parmesan cheese.
Spread 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce in bottom of shallow baking dish.

Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
