Stuffed Haddock
Stuffed Haddock is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. haddock fillets, 2 c. cooked rice, 1 c. grated cheese, 1 c. boiling water and 2 chicken bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook rice.
Mix in Cheddar cheese and broccoli (optional) while rice is still hot.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in water.
Add other ingredients until mixed.
Add 1/2 of sauce to rice and cheese mixture.
Place 1/3 cup rice mixture on the fillets; roll up.
Put remaining rice and cheese mixture on the bottom of a 9 x 9-inch pan.
Place stuffed haddock on top.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 minutes.
Serve with remaining lemon and butter sauce on the side.
