Stuffed Green Peppers
Stuffed Green Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 6 to 8 large green peppers, 1 1/2 c. cooked rice, 1 can tomato soup and 1/4 c. ketchup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Brown ground beef with onion and drain. In a large bowl, mix together soup, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Stir in water.
Add hamburger and rice. Mix well.
Wash peppers; remove tops and seeds.
Place in a glass baking dish and fill with stuffing mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes. Top with cheese in the last 10 minutes.
