Stuffed Green Peppers
Stuffed Green Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large green peppers, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/2 c. cracker crumbs and 1/2 c. catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Brown ground beef in skillet with onion; drain off all fat. Cut peppers in halves and remove seeds.
Cook in boiling salt water for 5 minutes.
Drain peppers.
Add cracker crumbs, egg, catsup, salt and pepper to ground beef.
Fill peppers with ground beef mixture, put in baking dish and add small amount of water. Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
