Stuffed Green Peppers
Stuffed Green Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 green peppers, 1 lb. ground beef, 2 tbsp. onion, 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce and 1 c. rice, cooked, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Slice tops off of green peppers; take out seeds.
Place peppers in enough boiling water to cover them and cook 5 minutes. Brown ground beef and onion.
Drain and rinse.
Add remaining ingredients to ground beef and heat through.
Fill peppers with stuffing; cover and bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
