Stuffed Green Peppers
Stuffed Green Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 or 5 large green peppers, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Wash peppers and cut in half lengthwise; remove seeds. Crumble beef into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish; add onion.
Cook uncovered on high for 5 minutes, stirring once during cooking. Cook until meat turns brown.
Stir in salt, pepper, rice and half of tomato sauce.
Fill green pepper halves with mixture.
Place in casserole dish.
Top each pepper with remaining tomato sauce. Cover; cook on high 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
