Stuffed Green Peppers
Stuffed Green Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 whole green peppers, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, 1 medium chopped onion, 1 c. cooked rice and 1 small can tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut centers from peppers and boil in salted water for about 10 minutes; drain.
Brown onion in margarine and then add salt, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and ground beef.
Allow meat to brown.
Add rice and cheese.
Add tomatoes and egg to mixture; toss well and stuff into peppers, putting the remainder of mixture around peppers in pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
