Stuffed French Toast
Stuffed French Toast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/3 c. chopped pecans, toasted, 4 tsp. orange marmalade, 2 french bread loaves, cut diagonally into 8 (1-inch thick) slices and 4 large eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Stir together cream cheese, chopped pecans and orange marmalade.
Cut a horizontal pocket into top crust of each bread slice.
Spoon about 2 teaspoons cream cheese mixture into each pocket.
Whisk together eggs, milk and cinnamon.
Dip stuffed bread slices into mixture, coating all sides.
Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook stuffed bread slices, in batches, 2 minutes on each side or until golden.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve with your favorite syrup.
