Stuffed Crab
Stuffed Crab is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. crabmeat, 2 eggs, 3/4 c. milk, 1 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs and 1/2 chopped bell pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix bread crumbs, milk and eggs; set aside.
In a skillet, saute butter, onion, green onion, bell pepper and garlic.
When soft, add crabmeat, salt and pepper (to taste) and continue to saute.
Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce and bread crumb mixture.
Mix well and cook on low fire until light brown.
Stir often to prevent sticking.
