Stuffed Cabbage
Stuffed Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. chopped meat, 1/2 c. rice, uncooked, 1 small onion, diced, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Put cabbage in freezer for 2 or 3 days.
Thaw and pull off leaves.
(It's easier than boiling.)
Combine meat, rice, onion, salt and pepper.
Place tablespoon of mixture on cabbage leaf and roll.
Place cabbage rolls in saucepan and cover with sauerkraut, soup and water enough to cover rolls.
Cook over low heat.
Cooks in 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
