Stuffed Cabbage
Stuffed Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 lb. pork mixture, 1 large onion, cooked rice and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Steam cabbage. Cook rice.
Chop onion and brown in skillet. Add meat, rice and milk (enough to moisten meat) and egg.
Peel cabbage leaves and cut rind.
Place meat mixture in center of rind end of leaf. Start rolling leaf.
Fold in sides and continue to roll to end of leaf.
Mix soup as directed.
Place cabbage leaves in bottom of pot.
Add some soup mixture.
Place cabbage rolls in pot and cover with soup mixture. Cook on top of stove for approximately 2 hours or until done.
